Our Services

It’s true what they say, there is no place like home. The familiarity, the convenience, the friends and family and of course the sense of security.

However, fears regarding one’s well being and safety can force us and our family to make difficult choices about our future, especially when our health is beginning to decline.

Take a moment to review the services listed below. They are designed to help take the stress out of an already difficult situation for you and your family.

Types of Care We Offer

Short-Stay Care

Following an injury or illness, our short stay care residents will receive the support they need to get back to their life as quickly as possible and we keep this goal in mind at all times. Following physician orders, our staff will provide medical and care services to people healing and recovering from most post-hospitalization and outpatient conditions including but not limited to :

Memory Care
Nursing care after Joint replacement or lower-extremity joint replacement surgery.
Personal care and nursing facility for Orthopedic injuries and other surgeries and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Personal Care and Assistance for Stroke Patients and other neurological conditions.
Personal care and nursing facility care for Cardiac-related problems.
Pulmonary conditions.
Diabetes and blood sugar management.
Wound care.
Intermediate Care recovery and personal care for post Oncology healing.
Specialized Alzheimer's care with safe 24 hour secure facility.
Assisted/Senior Living services.

Personal Care

The Personal Care admission option is reserved for those residents who need an extra hand with tasks in their daily lives. We provide medication management, preparation of all meals, housekeeping, activities and nursing services. All 24 of our Personal Care rooms are large private rooms with a shared bathroom. We do offer rooms with a private bathroom as well, depending on availability. Again, this option is ideal for those who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living

Intermediate Care

The Intermediate Care is designed for those residents who are in need of total care.
Most Intermediate Care residents require a more hands on approach from our nursing team which include, assistance dressing, eating, toileting and help with mobility. As with Personal Care, medication management, preparation of all meals, housekeeping, activities and nursing services are also provided. We offer 6 Intermediate Care rooms that are semi private and 6 rooms that are private with a shared bathroom. Private rooms with a private bathroom can also be offered depending on availability.

Memory Care

Memory care is a distinct form of long-term skilled nursing that specifically caters to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and those who are living with cognitive challenges. The Memory Care program is perfect for seniors who experience memory loss and are in need of everyday care

Life Care Admission

The option of Life Care Admission is reserved exclusively for those individuals who are members of a Kentucky Chapter under jurisdiction with the Grand Chapter of Kentucky Order of the Eastern Star and have been a member for at least the past 10 consecutive years

Respite Care

This option is designed to meet the medical and safety needs of those who require assistance on a temporary basis. The applicant must meet Personal or Intermediate Care criteria and a minimum five day stay is required.

We also provide:

A 24 hour locked facility for safety, Fully Furnished Large Private and Semi, Private Rooms, Fresh Linens and Bedding, Laundry Services, In-House Beauty Salon, A Medical Director, Psychiatric Services, Podiatry Services, Audiology Services, Round Trip Transportation for Doctors Appointments

And Much More…

Applicants must also be at least 65 years of age and MUST meet Personal Care Criteria in order to be considered. Applicant must also have a prepaid, pre-planned funeral contract and have a current Medicare supplement policy. Members are also subject to review and investigation by an assigned Life Care Committee. If you are interested in Life Care Admission, please contact your Chapter Secretary. Rehabilitation Therapies

Rehabilitation therapies provided in Partnership with select highly skilled providers. Special healthcare services including: Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Orthopedic Rehabilitation – including joint replacement, injuries and amputation rehabilitation therapy that help a person regain physical, mental, and/or cognitive (thinking and learning) abilities that have been lost or impaired as a result of disease, injury, or treatment. Rehabilitation services help people return to a quality daily life and living in a normal or near-normal way.
